Anyone remember the Ice Bucket Challenge?

Remember that crazy time when our nutty friends were all over Facebook throwing buckets of icy water over each other for charity? Even celebs were doing it. Not Andy or I though (we both shuddered at the very thought of it). But do you remember why they were freezing their whatsits off? No, I didn't remember either. It was a social media phenomenon but it highlights how few of us didn't realise what it was all in aid of (Andy and I included). The MND Association desperately needs our help to fund the search to put an end to this horrific (sorry, yes it really is) disease. 

Please help to save others 

Sorry to ask but here it comes...if you've been moved by Andy's story and how MND has shaken our lives please please help raise some extra cash so the researchers can do even more to make sure no-one else has their life stripped away by MND. There really is no cure (zilch) for this awful terminal illness. Until 2017 I didn't even know what MND was but regrettably I do now.
